Overview

CMP Knowledgebase is a library of market intelligence. Information pertaining to carrier services and corresponding tariffs and market rates is included for reference by the customer. The CMP knowledgebase serves as a basis for assurance tests and is leveraged to insure that the customer's rates remain competitive with the prevailing carrier rates and with rates provided for similar services by other carriers. It provides additional information to secure more favorable rates, terms, and service levels.

The CMP Knowledgebase is maintained by partnerTEL and hosted on behalf of our clients. CMP users access the data through an explorer function which provides for search and selection of specific carrier product offerings. Multi-select searches are also available for comparisons of carriers' products that match user defined parameters. The CMP knowledgebase contains more than 7 million rate data points, including voice and data rates from Tier 1 and top Tier 2 service providers.

This includes detailed information on primary and secondary rates, providing users with fingertip access to what they should be paying across a wide array of commitment levels.
