Under this agency model, we can sell you the same services that they sell directly, at significantly lower rates. Because we represent far less cost to them, we can offer our customers their services (along with their 24x7 support!) at rates that customers could not get by buying direct.

Turn-Key Service: from Planning to Contracting

For a company to perform the proper due diligence surrounding procuring services, they must go through a lengthy RFP process that can severely burden internal resources (assuming their personnel have the skill sets to perform the work). Requirements must be gathered and packaged; the RFP must be distributed; vendors will ask for clarification; and responses must be fully analyzed on numerous points. Once completed, they must then undertake a selection process, followed by detailed contract negotiations.

partnerTEL can off-load all of that burden from its clients, while saving time and money throughout the process, by performing the following services:

Strategy Planning
With the emergence of IP-based services and the rapid evolution of service integration, matching business needs with available technologies is particularly challenging. By interviewing key stakeholders and understanding strategic direction, partnerTEL can help you build an operational, financial and service plan to address current and emerging needs.

RFP Selection Process
partnerTEL will compile your needs in a detailed Request for Proposal that will be sent to carriers and vendors. The responses that get returned will be assessed for technology and business compatibility, service resiliency & redundancy, support, security, service level agreements (SLAs), price, contract terms, etc. Based on an objective, weighted scale, partnerTEL will make a written recommendation, with the final decision being made by our client.

Contract Negotiations
Once the provider(s) is selected, partnerTEL will insure that the terms within the contract proportionally favor our client, and do not expose them to any unnecessary risks or unusual terms. With decades of collective experience in telecommunications contract negotiations - much of it on the carrier side - this portion of the service is very difficult to duplicate, even by engaging costly legal counsel.
